In a small counter shop located in a basement that feels like a hideaway, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The female owner manages the place alone, and the comfortable distance in conversation is pleasant. The sense of music and drinking vessels is good, making you want to sip slowly. The drinks include a selection of wine and sake, and the homemade sangria and Amami rum left a lasting impression. The combination of appetizers is enjoyable, and I particularly liked the spring rolls and potato salad with lotus root. The dishes, such as confit of chicken liver, oven-baked duck meatballs, and miso-marinated tofu, are all delicious, and combined with the cozy ambiance, it’s easy to linger longer than intended.
