The shop is located right next to the torii gate of the shrine, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by. Inside, a variety of local sake is lined up, and I was thrilled by the elegant aroma of the daiginjo I hadn't encountered in a while. The sweet sake I sampled had a gentle sweetness that brought comfort to my chilled body. They also offer small bottles of 180 milliliters, which I felt would be perfect as souvenirs or offerings. The gentle shopkeeper spoke to me kindly and taught me how to choose sake, which made me feel at ease. When I tasted it, a fruity and crisp flavor spread in my mouth, allowing me to enjoy the lingering memories of my trip even when I opened it at home.
