I've never met such sad Tsukemen before... I've had a lot of tsukemen in my life. But this one is a bit... First of all, what do you mean that the noodles come out 2 minutes after the soup comes out? Normally they are served at the same time, right? I had to hold the soup with my hand because it was getting cold lol. The noodles were also limp and the komatsuna was not drained properly, so it's a shame it was so watery. It's a pity that the noodles are too watery. The restaurant is promoting komatsuna from Chiba Prefecture! It's a shame that the restaurant doesn't drain the komatsuna properly and serve it properly and deliciously. It would be a waste if they don't serve it properly and deliciously. Overall, I didn't think it was very tasty. And for 1080 yen....
