Starting with a body-friendly salad, the fresh taste of the vegetables comes through clearly. The next dish, a potage, smoothly spreads the natural sweetness of the ingredients, bringing a smile to my face. The sautéed cod served as the main dish is fluffy, and the refreshing basil sauce enhances its aroma. The grilled vegetables served alongside retain their crunchiness, and their vibrant colors stimulate the appetite. The colorful appetizer plate offers a variety of flavors in one dish, brightening up the table. The finishing touch, a homemade cake, has an excellent balance between the fruit's acidity and the sweetness of the batter, leaving me very satisfied.
