There are instructions on how to make it on the table, so even beginners can cook it with confidence. If you cook it slowly as per the instructions, it turns out fluffy and very delicious. Both monjayaki and okonomiyaki are cooked by yourself, and you can enjoy a lively atmosphere around the teppan. The salt yakisoba has a memorable taste that makes you want to keep eating. For lunch, the smaller sizes allow you to try various dishes and enjoy slightly different flavors. The a la carte menu also has many options, and overall, I am very satisfied.
