The spacious interior of the restaurant is relaxed and has a comfortable atmosphere. From the appetizers of the kaiseki to the desserts, freshly made dishes arrived in order, and I was able to enjoy them with excitement. The seasoned rice had a wonderful aroma and was so delicious that I couldn't help but want a second helping. The tempura had a light batter, and the sashimi was fresh, making me feel that each ingredient was alive. There were also dishes using local ingredients, such as grilled sweetfish and dengaku, which reminded me of the feeling of a boat ride. The warm greetings from the staff were delightful, and I think it's a place where you can enjoy your meal slowly.
