Shimokitazawa [Men to Mirai I went to "Mento Mirai" which serves extra-thick chewy noodles that I had been curious about for a while. The noodles are so soft and chewy that you would think they were kishimin or udon noodles. The shrimp wontons were even softer than the noodles, and the filling was very soft and juicy. The shrimp wontons were even softer than the shrimp wontons, and the bean paste was so soft and plump that I was surprised when I tried it for the first time. The soup is salty and not too salty, but you can taste the delicious flavor. The additional order of meat and rice was also delicious, with the slightly seared char siu pork giving it a savory flavor! Special salt ramen 980 yen Seared meat rice 350 yen Thank you for the food 😋.
