It's a small shop located on the second floor of a building, but climbing the stairs fills you with excitement. The udon has a strong elasticity, and the aroma of wheat spreads as you chew. The flavorful broth is easy to drink, with a gentle hint of iriko (dried sardines) and kombu (seaweed). The tempura arrives on a separate plate, and the freshly fried soft-boiled egg is especially delightful. The rich flavor of the meat is well-infused in the bowl, and the size of the burdock tempura is also enjoyable. Tenkasu (tempura scraps), ginger, a little green onion, and even lemon are provided, allowing you to enjoy it deliciously without getting bored until the end.
