The interior is bright and clean, creating a refreshing atmosphere. From the very first dish, you can feel the care and effort put into it, and the balance of acidity and umami is pleasant. The sashimi platter is exceptionally fresh, and the firmness and texture of the fish are enjoyable. The homemade dipping soy sauce and freshly grated wasabi enhance the flavor of the fish even more. The fried taro, thick fried tofu, and grilled horse mackerel tartare are also memorably delicious. There is a selection of local sake that complements the dishes, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment.

Just looking at the menu with its short strips makes me excited in the store where jazz plays. The sashimi platter of fresh fish delivered from Aoshima in Miyazaki is very fresh and has the best texture. The sashimi includes rare fish like horse mackerel and swordfish, which you don't often encounter in Tokyo. The appetizer of simmered fish and the cold tomato salad with sesame sauce also have a refined taste. The fried taro and seafood natto pair perfectly with sake, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. A variety of local sake from all over Japan is available, and you can enjoy it slowly at room temperature.
