These are two types of Uiro, which are our signature products. The white one uses refined white sugar for a refreshing taste, while the black one uses rich black sugar. When it comes to Uiro, Nagoya is famous around here, but this Uiro is a different style from Nagoya's '100% rice flour Uiro,' as it is a chewy type made with a mixture of rice flour and wheat flour from Mikawa. It is steamed and ready around 10 a.m.
