The landmarks along the road are clear, making it easy to enter. The traditional Japanese building and the garden with its pond and flowers are beautiful, allowing for a relaxed time. Local elderly staff manage the place, creating a homely atmosphere. The soba noodles are fragrant and have a firm texture. The slightly thicker and uneven noodles have a grainy feel and can be slurped up smoothly. The tempura of wild vegetables is hot and lightly coated, pairing well with the soba.
