The space retains the original staff room, and it's fun to have options like curry, set meals, udon, and soba, along with school lunch plates. The fried bread can be chosen with kinako or cinnamon, and it's light, fluffy, and aromatic, pairing well with coffee. The freshly fried crispiness is pleasant, and if you ask, they will cut it into easy-to-eat sizes. The system is such that you go pick it up yourself when called, making it a relaxed experience. You can unwind while gazing at the satoyama (village forest) beyond the window, and all the dishes made with local ingredients were delicious.
