This place offers an all-you-can-eat style where you can freely choose between Japanese and Western dishes, making it fun to taste a variety of flavors. The local milk is rich and creamy, and it's excellent on its own. When added to coffee, it enhances the creaminess, making me feel very happy. The yogurt is also smooth and delicious, making you want to have seconds. I'm also pleased that there are side dishes that go well with rice, such as cod roe, grilled salmon, and kelp rolls. Many dishes use locally sourced rice and nearby vegetables, allowing you to fully enjoy the regional flavors.
