✏️ Tsumugi Kitchen〗〖Chikusa, Nagoya〗. ------------------------ Here's dinner the other day♪ I can spend such a full day within walking distance, that's Chikusa-ku(｀ω・´)✨! Just being in Chikusa-ku, you can play for 3 days straight 🤣. This is a western style restaurant that I've had my eye on for a long time, The owner-chef trained at a famous restaurant for 12 years and opened the restaurant with his wife in the place where he was born and raised (^^). The restaurant was renovated from an old coffee shop, so it has a nostalgic atmosphere. 🍀Tongue stew + crab cream croquette (💴2380) I want to enjoy it with wine while I finish all the set menus here. But basically, I don't want to add alcohol on a date (lol) First of all, the soup stock of miso soup is crystal clear. ❣️ This alone already makes me happy (//∇//) The tongue stew is From the rich and coarse texture, you can slowly feel the time when the sourness and deep richness reach to the back of the tongue and combine. I am impressed by the tenderness of the tongue that can be cut with just the weight of a spoon ♡. There is no smell at all, and you can enjoy the tasty tang forever. But it melts quickly though (＞＜) Crab cream croquette The crispy batter is filled with crab meat, The cream is mild, sticky, and elegant. The sweetness of the crab is also locked in. I want to go back 🌸 Thank you very much for your hospitality.
