Handmade soba noodles are rich in aroma and can be slurped smoothly and pleasantly. The slightly whiter noodles have a delightful chewy texture that I enjoyed. Both the cold soba and the warm bowl have their own merits, and either one can be satisfying. The toppings of tempura bits mixed with seaweed are fun, and the fragrance of mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley) spreads gently. It's also nice to slowly enjoy the aftertaste with soba broth or soba tea. The interior of the restaurant is clean and calm, making for a pleasant experience.
