It's a small shop with a quiet atmosphere, and the counter seats make it comfortable. The boiled vegetables I ordered first were cooked just right, and the sauce that accompanied them was perfect. The unique chives omelet left a strong impression, and it's a flavor that makes you want to try making it at home. The mackerel was lightly cured, allowing me to fully appreciate its umami. In addition to the classics, there are daily specials for sashimi and other dishes, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine. It's a place where you can relax whether you're alone or with a small group, and it pairs perfectly with drinks.
