It was pleasant to have the food served immediately upon arrival in a reservation-based style. The shop is quietly located deep in the residential area of Hase, and after passing through narrow alleys and slopes, you encounter a calm space. The small plates arranged on the tray are visually enjoyable, and the flavors are gentle on the body, focusing on vegetables. The dishes made with homegrown organic vegetables, homemade fermented seasonings, and brown rice are explained in detail, providing reassurance. You can choose between a porridge course or a rice course, and even the ginger tea served after the meal leaves a lasting impression. The atmosphere is quiet, with terrace seating available for relaxation, and the brown rice coffee and herbal tea were also delicious.
