The interior is new and clean, providing a comfortably spacious atmosphere. The handmade soba has just the right texture, allowing for a pleasant slurp without becoming soggy. The dipping sauce has a refreshing flavor that pairs well with duck and thick green onions. The duck nanban features substantial slices of duck, providing a satisfying experience. You can request soba-yu (the hot water used to cook the soba), which allows you to enjoy the meal until the very end. It's also nice to be able to try various dishes like keizen and garlic chive soba.
