This is a calm atmosphere shop located in a narrow alley a short walk from the east exit of Kusatsu Station. Instead of à la carte, you can enjoy a course using the best meat of the day at a good pace. It starts with a raw dish combined with egg yolk, and the sashimi of beef tripe has no odor and a pleasant texture. The cuts of Omi beef and offal are carefully prepared, and the combination of salt, sauce, and condiments is exquisite. The final dish, a sukiyaki-style plate with tenderloin served with egg and rice, is very impressive. Following a salad, cold noodles and ice cream are also served, ensuring satisfaction until the end.

We have only one menu, the "Recommendation Course". We serve more than 10 different cuts of meat that are in the best condition that day, served in small portions. We promise to provide you with a new yakiniku experience where you can compare the different textures and flavors of different parts of the meat. The course is very generous, so please come with an empty stomach. The photos of dishes, seating, and options are for reference only.
