Refined Franco‑Japanese Italian Tasting Experience

L'inconnu is a Michelin-selected restaurant offering inventive Italian cuisine shaped by French and Japanese influences. In an intimate dining room with only a few tables, a Japanese chef presents refined multi-course tasting menus with carefully balanced flavors and elegant presentations. Discreet, attentive service and a well-regarded wine list complement the nuanced, contemporary dishes.
