This is a calm lodge-style shop located near the ski resort. Upon entering, the warmth of the wood is pleasant, and the staff is polite, making you feel at ease. The nozawana (Japanese pickled greens) that comes out first is refreshing, with just the right amount of umami, which is delightful. The black pork steak is very tender, finished with a sauce that has a subtle sweet and sour flavor and a wonderful aroma. The hamburger has a firm texture from being hand-kneaded, is juicy, and satisfying to eat. The beef stew has ingredients that are tenderly simmered, and the taste brings a smile to your face.
