This is a restaurant specializing in seafood bowls, and the seats with a view are very pleasant. The seafood bowl allows you to fully appreciate the sweetness of the sea urchin and the sticky texture of the squid, making it the best. The yellowtail and sea bream are firm and crunchy, and the flavor expands with each bite. The salmon is tender, the tuna has a slight sweetness, and the salmon roe is fun with its pop. In the self-service corner, you can enjoy Goto udon and flying fish dashi miso soup, adding green onions and seaweed to customize the flavor to your liking. The dashi has a gentle sweetness that is comforting, and the smooth noodles go down easily.
