It's convenient to check the daily specials on Instagram and make reservations smoothly. The shumai has a rich meat flavor, and adding mustard enhances its juiciness. The stir-fried new onions and pork, as well as the fried new onions, are sweet and easy to eat. The sweet potato and potato croquettes have a comforting sweetness, and the side dishes like the rolled omelet, okara salad, pickled turnips, and the mixed dish of konjac, pork, and king oyster mushrooms are all carefully prepared. The mackerel nanban pairs well with tartar sauce, providing a homely and comforting taste. Sometimes there may be a wait for the food to be served, but the yuzu tea after the meal is refreshing, and I'm also curious about the hot apple vinegar.
