When you enter the restaurant, it is spacious and decorated with pictures of the Himalayas, which makes you excited. The curry I ordered is rich with the flavors of vegetables, and I am happy that I can request the spiciness to my liking. The hot soup that came out with it has a light flavor, warming me up nicely. The naan is larger and thicker than I imagined, with a chewy texture that keeps it enjoyable until the end. The salad is also fresh, and it serves as a nice palate cleanser between the curry and naan. The friendly staff frequently refills my water, allowing me to relax and immerse myself in the world of curry.
