The restaurant is bright and clean, and the staff are very attentive. The menu is extensive, making it hard to choose, but everything has a gentle taste that is true to its origins. In particular, the roasted duck has a crispy skin and moist inside, providing a satisfying experience. The banh xeo is fun to eat as it is wrapped in rice paper with plenty of herbs, and the flavors spread out. The fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, and stir-fried beef all have a good balance of texture and sweet-spicy flavor, making them delicious. It's also nice that you can add fish sauce or sweet chili from the table to adjust the taste to your liking.
