This Western-style restaurant has a rhythm of cooking that can be heard from the counter, making you feel excited. The thick-cut tonteki (pork steak) has a wonderful blend of ginger sauce and butter aroma, and the flavor expands with every bite. The rich crab cream croquette has a crispy coating and a melting interior, bringing a very happy feeling. The katsu curry, with its creamy roux and substantial pork cutlet, pairs perfectly, and the crunchiness of the cabbage adds a nice accent. Even the pudding and chocolate dessert after the meal are made with care, ensuring satisfaction until the very end. With the warm hospitality of the staff and a comfortable atmosphere, I was able to enjoy a relaxing and delightful time.
