Tonkatsu yummashii! Tonkatsu is good. It's a tonkatsu restaurant. The price vs. is a bit expensive, about 1000-2000 yen, but the content is very satisfying. The lunch set is a good deal. I go there quite often, and this time I am writing about the seasonal menu because I enjoyed it. This time I had the Aomori Herb Pork Special Loin Cutlet Set Meal. The thing that made it different from other pork cutlets I have had in the past was its tenderness and juiciness. Even an amateur like myself could tell how tender and juicy it was. Saboten is not to be missed.
