The unique warmth of the wood made me feel at ease the moment I sat down. The appetizer of seaweed salad was crunchy, and the aroma of sesame oil spread pleasantly, making me happy from the start. When I ordered the evening drinking set, it came with two drinks, and the grilling of the chicken skewers and sagari was exquisite. In particular, the grilled squid was tender and fragrant, and the presentation was beautiful, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Enjoying the hot sake, Manoyama, in my favorite ochoko, warmed my body with its sweetness and crisp aftertaste. The cheerful staff moved efficiently, and I felt that it was an izakaya where I could relax and enjoy even as a first-time visitor.
