The curry is light and smooth, with a gentle aroma of dashi that spreads nicely, and you can definitely feel the basic spices. You can combine several types on one plate, each with its own unique flavors like ginger and miso, making it enjoyable. There are also options like shrimp and tomato, spinach chicken, green keema, and turnip curry, all of which bring out the deliciousness of the vegetables. The rice is cooked well with a bit of mixed grains, and it pairs perfectly with the curry. The crispy fried udon topping and the ability to adjust the spiciness with table spices, along with the option to customize herbs to your liking, are also delightful.
