I entered a stylish café bar I found in the hot spring town. At the entrance, there was a showcase of cakes, and as I went further in, a calm counter and tables spread out. Thanks to the art displayed on the walls and the ambient music, it was a very relaxing space. That day, I ordered a pork curry with fragrant spices. The roux was infused with vegetables and umami, and the large pieces of pork were tender and impressive. After the meal, I also enjoyed a tasting of local sake, making it the perfect place to take a breather during my hot spring trip.
