The stir-fried chicken and eggplant has a subtle spice aroma, with juicy fried chicken that pairs well with the umami of the eggplant and vegetables. The flavor of the chili oil is slightly present, contributing to a good overall balance. The curry ramen has a light and smooth texture, while the half fried rice is moist and satisfying.
