Located in a quiet place in the mountains, you can spend your time leisurely. There are outdoor seats, allowing you to enjoy your meal while calmly looking at the fields and nature. The houtou has a mellow miso aroma, is not too heavy, and is easy to eat. The thick, flat noodles have just the right amount of elasticity, and the gentle simmering is pleasant. It is filled with plenty of carrots, mountain blessings, and mushrooms, soaking in the umami. Soba is also available, and you can enjoy it deliciously along with the fresh air of nature.
