Located inside Fujigrand Matsuyama, the store is bright and spacious. You can choose from Kansai-style, Hiroshima-style, and Mitsuhama-yaki, all of which are fluffy and well-prepared. They are served on a hot plate, allowing you to enjoy them piping hot and fragrant. There is a menu item that is finished with a torch, and the melting cheese is irresistible. For lunch, you can choose two sides, and you can enjoy salad, miso soup, pudding, and ice cream. You can add bonito flakes and mayonnaise from the table to customize the flavor to your liking, which is delightful.
