This is a calm shop where you can feel warmth, located at the end of a narrow alley. You can casually chat with the staff at the U-shaped counter, and there are also tatami rooms and private rooms in the back, making it very convenient. They have a selection of local sake and South Shinshu beer, allowing for enjoyable drinking from the toast to the end. The Tochio-age, grilled to a fragrant crisp over charcoal, pairs well with the special sauce that has the flavor of green onions and the kick of green chili peppers. The grilled chicken, grilled eggplant, gyoza made with buckwheat skin, grilled mushrooms, and horse sashimi all show a level of care in their preparation and are satisfying. There are also spicy condiments available, adding a little bit of a kick that enhances the experience.
