In a quiet atmosphere, you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The interior is clean, and there are semi-private seats where you can relax. First, a salad and corn soup are served, and the mild flavor is delightful. The Ichibo from Hokkaido is grilled to a crispy exterior while retaining a red center, and when cut, the juices spread out. It is served on a hot iron plate, making it tender and easy to eat. The staff is prompt in their service, and when enjoyed with wasabi or salt, the meat's umami is well enhanced.

There are private room-like seats where you can sit comfortably. The interior is clean, and you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is attentive, making for a pleasant experience. You can choose the weight of the steak, allowing you to enjoy your preferred amount. The three kinds of meat platter includes tongue, sirloin, and fillet, and pairs well with not only the sauce but also wasabi and lemon. The pepper is well-seasoned, making it delicious on its own, and there are also menu options like hamburgers, which were satisfying.
