The semi-basement interior is filled with natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Upon entering, the salad bar lined up at the counter catches the eye, and it's enjoyable to freely pile up a variety of vegetables. The homemade thick pasta has a rich wheat aroma, and its chewy texture was impressive. The combination of Awaji Island burrata and tomato sauce had an excellent balance of creaminess and acidity, making it impossible to stop eating. For dessert, I chose a bonet with a hint of amaretto, which kept my satisfaction high until the end. With the warm hospitality of the staff, I felt it was a cozy place where locals gather.
