When you enter the shop, you are greeted by tools and workbenches, giving you the feeling of stepping into a small workshop. The cheerful master explains the coffee-making process while drawing diagrams, and even beginners are quickly drawn in. They allowed us to compare different brewing methods using the same beans, making the differences in flavor very clear. The served Colombian coffee had a rich aroma and a clean aftertaste that made me exclaim. The management of the beans is also well done, and I was satisfied even when brewing the blend I took home. If you have even a slight interest in coffee, I think it's best to enjoy a cup here while learning at a leisurely pace.
