With a casual atmosphere, there are table seats and counter seats. The skewered cutlets use pork loin, which is less greasy and easy to eat. The sauce is in the Osaka style, where once you dip it, you don't add more sauce, which is fun. The miso sauce skewered cutlets are also sweet and rich, giving a strong sense of Nagoya. The doteyaki has an interesting texture and is addictive, while the doteni is rich and satisfying with a strong flavor from the Hatcho miso. The oden's beef tendon pairs well with the Kanto-style broth and mustard, and during the day, there are set meals with miso katsu and skewered cutlets available for takeout.
