This store sells Fukui's famous grilled mackerel sushi and grilled sardine soup. The vinegar-cured and savory feel of the grilled mackerel and the sweetness and texture of the gari (pickled ginger) are top-notch. The waitress takes care of putting them in a bag and politely sends them off when they leave the store. This is a restaurant I plan to use again next time. It is one of the tenants in Orpark, and although the store is small, I am impressed by the way they skillfully display their products.
