The tempura of fish paste was delicious, and I was very satisfied. The flat and thin types can be enjoyed as they are or lightly warmed, and they pair perfectly with ginger soy sauce. The ones with shrimp blended in have a fluffy texture, and the flavor of the shrimp is distinctly noticeable. The chewy type has a fun texture that makes you want to keep eating. I also appreciated that they come in vacuum packs, and I enjoyed lightly grilling them at home. They are easy to pair with oden or udon, and they are perfect as a snack.
