I was drawn in by the savory smoke at the entrance of a food center that exudes the atmosphere of the Showa era. The skewers grilled with the skill of a veteran are juicy, bringing a smile with every bite. The tongue and cheek, which I ordered with salt, have a pleasant crunchy texture, highlighting the natural flavor of the meat. The skewered meatballs and liver, coated in a rich sauce from a continuously replenished pot, are irresistibly deep in flavor. The time spent returning home while inhaling the aroma wafting from my paper bag was also a joy. With its convenience for a casual stop on the way back from shopping and its warm flavors, I feel that my daily life has become a little richer.
