The organic vegetable salad and homemade focaccia are fresh, raising expectations from the start. The penne has just the right amount of chewiness, and the sauce with pancetta and sun-dried tomatoes is full of flavor. The sea bass grilled with salt has no fishy smell, and the harmony with the rapini and tomatoes is nice. The combination of prosciutto and mozzarella is also mild, and the happy flow continues all the way to the final tiramisu and espresso.
