Around 1975, the mother of the current president took over a yakiniku restaurant in the same location (Ono-maeda, Aomori-shi) as the current one, and in 2005, the restaurant was renamed "Yamazen. The restaurant continues to be loved by many people as a yakiniku restaurant where they can enjoy Japanese black beef, pork, and chicken, mainly from Aomori Prefecture, at reasonable prices.
