Historic Hong Kong–Style Western Dining

Tai Ping Koon Restaurant is a longstanding Hong Kong institution known for its distinctive blend of Chinese and European flavors. Diners find classics such as baked grouper au gratin with rice, ox tongue, and Swiss-style chicken wings. The modern decor contrasts with its long heritage, and service is efficient and straightforward.

A restaurant where you can enjoy Western cuisine typical of Hong Kong. There are many dishes that look good, such as roasted pigeon and soufflé. The pigeons are surprisingly tasty in general. The price is reasonable for a dinner in the center of Hong Kong, and I recommend it. If you order a large soufflé, the waiter, who is dressed in a suit and tie, will even take your picture.
