The interior of the restaurant, equipped with counters and tatami seating, has a calm atmosphere, and the sight of the young chef skillfully preparing dishes is reassuring. The Japanese-style soy sauce ramen, with the umami of seafood spreading throughout, has a light broth that makes you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The slightly thicker noodles have a strong chewiness and pair well with unique ingredients like bamboo shoots, fried seaweed, and watercress. The style of enjoying it as ochazuke by adding rice and wasabi with seaweed after the meal is doubly delicious and exciting. The lunch menu, including sashimi and stir-fried stamina meat and vegetables, is well-structured and has a robust flavor that goes well with rice. There is also parking space in front of the restaurant, making it easy to stop by and enjoy a Japanese lunch.
