This is a hidden gem located in a corner of an apartment building, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. Orders are made through a QR code, and since there are pictures, it's easy to choose. The buns that come out in a steamer have fluffy dough, and the meat inside is juicy and full of flavor. Changing the taste with the black vinegar on the table or the spicy oil makes it even more enjoyable. The flat, thick noodles in the style of oil noodles have a good balance of ingredients, and the spiciness is just right, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The cold beef tripe, the creamy stir-fried liver, and the light dried tofu each left a lasting impression with their flavors, and I was very satisfied.
