Saturday, November 17 Cafe Katsudo ☕️✨ with Mayu! ( ) I had a long-awaited café activity with the lovely Mayu 👸💕 First, we went to lunch. First, we went to an old house cafe called Zen, which Mayu told us about. I was a bit worried about getting there since it was in the middle of the mountains, but we made it. It was an old private house cafe, and the atmosphere was so relaxing that I felt as if I was at my grandma's house. We had a light meal in preparation for lunch and some sweets. On the menu that day was wakame gohan, chikuzen-ni soup, shijimi clam and wakame seaweed soup (?), and boiled egg. and boiled egg. An after-meal drink is included. Overall, the dishes are low in salt and healthful. The chikuzen-ni (chicken stew) has lotus root, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, green beans, and chicken cut into large pieces, and is very satisfying. Even Mayu-chan, who hates shiitake mushrooms, thought the shiitake mushrooms in this dish were delicious. ☺️ The boiled egg is not too soft and not too hard, just the right amount of boiled water. 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ Mayu had iced tea and I had iced coffee. I've become a coffee drinker since I started working☕️ I would never have chosen it in the past 😂. After finishing lunch, we had a lot of fun talking about our similarities and having fun with photo processing apps 😂💓 And next, we had our long awaited sweets 😍✨... ✨ To be continued. I was so curious that I had to rewrite the photo because it was blank for some reason 💦. Sorry to those who commented and liked 😢.
