At the charcuterie shop, there is a wide array of hams, sausages, pâtés, confits, and rillettes. In addition to pork and duck, they also offer game, making the selection process exciting. The black pig frankfurter has a perfect balance of saltiness and umami, and I was very satisfied. The duck confit is tender, with crispy skin that makes me smile with every bite. The liver pâté is rich and smooth, and once I spread it on bread, I can't stop eating. The rabbit terrine is also refreshing and pairs perfectly with drinks.
