I feel that the flavor stands out among the chain. The rice is very delicious, and it pairs well with the toppings. It's fun to order using the touch panel and have the dishes arrive quickly on the express lane. The Sanriku fatty sardines, engawa, grilled salmon, and yellowtail were all delicious. The medium fatty tuna gunkan was filled with plenty of meat, and the medium fatty tuna was also satisfying in taste. I also liked the dessert, which was a kinako whipped pudding reminiscent of Shinshu mochi.
