I had a spice curry at a shared space for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant, pleasant music was playing, creating a space that blends the casualness of an izakaya with a stylish atmosphere. The weekly curry options were both unique, and this time I chose a combination of dashi keema and spice chicken. The keema, infused with the umami of dried sardines and bonito flakes, was aromatic, with a beautiful balance of Japanese richness and spices. The chicken also had a vibrant spice flavor, offering a deep taste that couldn't be replicated at home. The cheerful and friendly service from the bright female owner was also impressive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
